Operations Assistant

As the Operations Assistant, Jennifer is responsible for the management of consultant and employee onboarding requirements, facilitating the timesheet and payroll process, and other day-to-day operations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, from the University of Mississippi. Prior to 1Link, Jennifer served as Branch Manager for a boutique staffing company and then transitioned to the benefits side of HR as a Benefits Administrator with an outsourced benefits consulting company. She temporarily stepped away from the business world to raise her two children until joining 1Link in 2018. She is married to Brian and the proud mom of Ben and Abby.
